At Incode, we believe that powering a world of trust takes more than great technology. It takes a team of people who genuinely believe in the mission, and who bring the depth of experience to carry it forward. That's exactly why we're excited to welcome Ashley Rich as our new General Counsel.
Identity verification is no longer just a compliance checkbox, it's foundational infrastructure for the digital economy. That's why the stakes around how we build, protect, and scale that digital trust infrastructure have never been higher. As we grow, having the right legal leadership is central to how we earn and keep trust.
Ashley Rich joins Incode as General Counsel, bringing deep experience advising high-growth technology companies on corporate strategy, capital markets, and intellectual property.

Most recently, she served as General Counsel of Ex Populus, a San Francisco-based games and blockchain startup. Ashley was one of the early lawyers at Robinhood Markets, that helped guide the company through its late-stage venture fundraising rounds and landmark IPO in 2021, while building and leading the global IP program during a period of explosive user and revenue growth.
Ashley began her legal career in Miami at DLA Piper and Venture Law, where she advised emerging companies how to scale on solid legal footing. She is admitted to practice in New York, Florida, a Registered In House Counsel in California, and was notably selected for the inaugural cohort of the ChIPs General Counsel Leadership Bootcamp and fellow of the Robert C. Josefsberg Leadership Academy.
"I'm thrilled to join a team that's building trust technology at the speed of AI with such a meaningful impact. Incode is solving one of the most important challenges in the digital economy, and I'm excited to partner with the leadership team to support the company's next chapter of growth, legal strategy, and trust", said Ashley Rich.
We're proud to have Ashley as part of the Incode team.
