Incode Welcomes Massimiliano Errigo as Regional Vice President for Europe, Middle East, and UKI

The demand for identity verification in EMEA is accelerating rapidly alongside emerging  frameworks like the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Anti-Money Laundering Directive (AMLD), and electronic IDentification, Authentication, and trust Services (eIDAS) regulation. Especially for regulated industries like banking, fintech, and healthcare, the introduction of these compliance frameworks necessitates careful investment into IDV that is capable of exceeding AI-enabled fraud.

As a result, the European identity verification (IDV) market is projected to nearly double by 2030, reaching $7.72 billion (up from $3.53 billion in 2025). Across the Middle East, the story is similar: the MEA IDV market is on pace to reach $2.38 billion by 2030, up from $1.17 billion in 2025.

About Massimiliano Errigo

Massimiliano Errigo joins Incode as Regional Vice President for Europe, Middle East, and UKI, bringing over a decade of experience scaling enterprise revenue organizations across some of the most competitive categories in technology.

Massimiliano Errigo has joined Incode as Regional Vice President for Europe, Middle East, and UKI.

Most recently, Massimiliano served as Sales Director at Celonis, the global leader in process mining, driving enterprise growth across Italy. Prior to that, he served as Chief Revenue Officer at Scalapay, the BNPL unicorn recognized as Fintech Company of the Year at the 2023 Fintech Awards, where he led the commercial function through a period of rapid European expansion. His career also spans a regional leadership role at Zscaler within the Zero Trust security space, and more than four years as Regional Director for Middle East and Africa at MongoDB, headquartered in Dubai.

Massimiliano brings a distinct combination of disciplined methodology and AI-driven go-to-market execution, known for building revenue engines from the ground up and developing the sales talent to sustain them at scale.
