We are proud to share that Incode has been selected as a Winner in the Fall 2025 You Did WHAT With Tines?! Awards in the Tines Fundamentals Category, which recognizes workflows that transform everyday processes into scalable automation.

Our submission, designed by Solution Engineers Ryan Friess and Noah Lovitz-Wolfson, shows how Incode and Greenhouse use Tines to bring automated identity verification into the hiring process.

By combining Incode with Tines automation and Greenhouse, teams can verify candidate identities without slowing down the process.

What We Built

The winning workflow automatically checks candidate identity at multiple points throughout the hiring cycle. Using Tines, the system:

• Runs phone, email, and non-document checks when a candidate applies
• Triggers full document and selfie liveness verification when they reach the Identity Verification stage
• Updates Greenhouse with verified status, ID images, and a selfie image
• Branches logic for Verification Success or Verification Fail and updates the candidate record accordingly

This creates a seamless, secure, and consistent verification process that requires no manual effort from hiring teams.
