We're proud to announce that Incode Deepsight has been named a winner in the 2026 Fortress Cybersecurity Awards in the category of Deepfake Detection & Anti-Phishing.
The Fortress Cybersecurity Awards, presented by the Business Intelligence Group, recognize the organizations, products, and people applying cybersecurity in ways that deliver real, measurable protection. This year's program honored winners across 27 categories and 6 countries, spotlighting companies moving security beyond reaction and into proactive, accountable practice.

Deepfakes have transformed from an impressive nuisance to a critical business threat. In 2023 alone, deepfakes increased by 700% among fintechs. Most identity verification (IDV) platforms were simply not designed to handle this acceleration. We built Deepsight to address these emerging challenges.
This recognition from Fortress Cybersecurity validates Deepsight’s robust and fully proprietary three-layer detection architecture for detecting deepfakes. Deepsight combines perception, behavioral, and integrity analysis to create a detection surface that single-frame or single-modality systems cannot replicate.
"Congratulations to Incode Technologies. They are reinventing identity verification so it is secure, seamless, and trustworthy, helping the world's largest institutions deter AI-generated fraud without adding friction for real users,” said Russ Fordyce, Chief Recognition Officer, Business Intelligence Group.
Since launching in December 2025, Deepsight has protected more than 6 million sessions. Additionally, Incode became the first compan to achieve the iBeta Level 3 certification with a 0% error rate on both iOS and Android, the most rigorous biometric liveness testing standard in commercial use.
Deepsight has also been validated by Purdue University as the market's most effective deepfake detection system. In a real-world deepfake benchmark, Incode delivered the lowest false-acceptance rate (FAR) on images (2.56%) and the best video accuracy among commercial tools (77.27%), with video FAR at 10.53%, a rare balance of catch rate and precision that minimizes false positives and operational friction.
We're honored to be recognized alongside a strong cohort of organizations and security leaders, from IBM, 1Password, Nozomi Networks, WatchGuard, and more. Being placed among these other winners validates what Deepsight was built to do: establish identity in a evolving world.
This award belongs to the team that built Deepsight, and to the enterprises who trusted us to protect their users from day one. We remain focused on what has always driven this work: practical security that earns trust, protects people, and holds up under real-world conditions.
