About the symposium
The digital world has entered a new era: agentic fraud
How agentic fraud works
An AI agent can pick a target, create a fake identity, and submit it for verification again and again. With every rejection, it works out what to fix and tries again. It doesn’t sleep, doesn’t tire, and doesn’t stop until it gets approved.
Fraud is evolving at the speed of AI, while most companies still run defenses built for the pace of a human attacker.

OnlyFake, 2024The Agentic Era is a symposium to understand how these attacks work, how prepared Latin America is to face them, which defenses are delivering results in production, and how identity and trust need to evolve for this new reality.
We’re bringing together leaders and experts in technology, fraud, and product to turn these signals into concrete strategies and actions.
What’s at stake?
An agent can run hundreds of attempts in parallel, learn from every rejection, and operate nonstop. For institutions, the challenge is to defend at that same scale.
“Some people think AI just made attacks more precise, but in reality, the opportunities for fraud became infinite.”

Agents already attack autonomously and in coordination: they don’t rest, they scale to thousands of attempts, and they learn from every rejection, while companies still defend themselves in silos. Ricardo Amper lays out how companies can raise their protection as agentic fraud arrives, and why identity can no longer stop at verification: it has to be continuous.
Speaker
Ricardo Amper is the founder and CEO of Incode, the AI-powered identity verification and authentication platform. A serial entrepreneur with more than 20 years of experience, he founded La Burbuja Networks in 2000, co-founded Amco Foods in 2003, and led Amco Group, a chemical distributor he repositioned with proprietary big data and machine learning systems through its sale to Brenntag Group. In 2015, he founded Incode to transform how people experience their digital identity.
