Incode names Fuad Juan, General Manager for Mexico and Head of TrustGraph in Latin America
Incode, the global leader in AI-powered identity and trust, has named Fuad Juan General Manager for Mexico and Lead of TrustGraph in Latin America. His mandate is to grow the business in Mexico, strengthen the company’s market presence, and help advance digital identity, authentication, and fraud-prevention infrastructure in the country.
Across the region, he will lead TrustGraph, Incode’s privacy-preserving trust network built for the agentic era that detects AI-driven repeat fraud and recognizes legitimate customers without exposing customer data.
He joins Incode, founded and led by Founder and CEO Ricardo Amper, as a continuation of a relationship that began in November 2025, when he became a strategic advisor for Mexico and Latin America. In that role, he has promoted digital identity, authentication, payments, security, and trust solutions for financial institutions, fintechs, and regulated platforms, with particular attention to digital customer onboarding and the prevention of fraud and money laundering.
About Fuad Juan
Fuad Juan has more than 25 years of experience in business leadership, retail banking, and digital transformation. His career spans senior management roles at international financial institutions, as well as work as an entrepreneur, board member, advisor, and investor. He has led retail banking, payments, financial inclusion, digital transformation, analytics, and customer acquisition, and has built growth and profitability strategies in highly regulated environments.
At Scotiabank Mexico, he led Retail Banking, Digital, and Marketing, overseeing business strategy and management. He drove the digital transformation and marketing agendas, with initiatives to modernize the customer experience, strengthen digital channels, and grow the business.
Previously, at Citi/Citibanamex, he headed Digital Banking and Retail Banking Analytics and served as CEO of the financial inclusion business.
Over the past year, he founded and built 3Triángulo Capital, an investment firm. During this period, he also advised companies, served on boards, and contributed to the development of a de novo bank, broadening his work in new business development and the evaluation of investment opportunities. As an investor, board member, and advisor to fintech companies, he has focused on financial infrastructure, identity, data, fraud prevention, and applied AI.
His experience brings together the perspectives of an executive, an entrepreneur, and an investor. He combines strategic judgment, customer insight, and disciplined execution to advance technology adoption, develop commercial capabilities, and build businesses for the long term.
What he will focus on at Incode
As General Manager and Lead of TrustGraph in Latin America, Fuad Juan will work with Incode’s global teams to connect customer priorities with the adoption of Incode technology. Mexico is a market where digital identity and fraud prevention are essential to protect trust in financial services.
His operating experience at financial institutions, together with his knowledge of the technology ecosystem, allows him to link innovation with business needs, regulatory requirements, and value for customers.
His approach combines business judgment, regulatory insight, data-driven decisions, and AI to build fraud prevention and identity verification solutions. These solutions strengthen trust in the AI era for banks, fintechs, and other industries where trust in identity is essential.
