Incode Technologies has received certification from the Age Check Certification Scheme (ACCS) for its age verification solution, adding a formal third-party validation to its growing portfolio of independent certifications.
The ACCS certification evaluates age verification systems against technical and operational requirements established for compliance with UK age verification legislation and international standards. Achieving certification confirms that Incode’s solution meets the defined technical requirements for performing age checks in regulated environments.
The certification applies to Incode’s facial age estimation and document-based age verification capabilities, both of which were evaluated as part of the assessment process.

ACCS certification is recognized by regulators and platform operators as evidence of compliance with age assurance requirements under the Online Safety Act and related frameworks. For Incode’s customers operating in regulated sectors or markets where age verification is legally required, the certification provides a documented compliance basis.
The certification adds to Incode’s existing external validations, which include iBeta Level 2 and Level 3 conformance for liveness detection, FedRAMP Ready status, and recognition in industry analyst reports including the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Identity Verification.
Incode operates in markets across North America, Europe, and Latin America, with age verification deployments across financial services, entertainment, and online platform verticals.
