Agentic Suite

Let your customers’ agents in. Keep the attackers’ out.

A verified human behind every AI agent.

Your customers already send AI agents to log in, open accounts and pay bills. Attackers send agents too, and theirs arrive looking like customers.

Incode’s Agentic Suite detects every AI agent and binds it to a verified human with a tokenized mandate. Every action stays traceable to that person.

“Agents represent a new player in the online landscape, and we need to be able to understand them, verify them, and incorporate them into the systems that we use and rely on every day.”

Kathleen Peters · Chief Innovation Officer, Experian Fraud and Identity, North America

The problem

You can’t block every agent, and you can’t let them all in

At login, a customer’s agent and an attacker’s agent look the same.

The way through is to know who sent the agent and what they allowed.

Block them all, and you turn customers away

The customer’s agent is refused, and the payment, the account or the booking goes to an organization that admits it.

Let them all in, and agentic fraud gets in too

Attackers deployed AI agents first. The attack runs without a person, learns from every rejection and retries by the thousand.

The product

Bind the agent to the person who sent it

Incode proves a live, verified person is behind the agent, using the checks it already runs at scale, and records what that person allowed.

A history across the trust network

TrustGraph

  • The customer’s agent is admitted, inside the mandate the customer set.
  • The attacker’s agent has no verified person behind it. It is blocked and recorded.
  • Every action is recorded with the person who allowed it.

How it works

Five products cover the agent session end to end

The organization sets the policy. Incode’s Agentic Suite detects the agent, binds it to the person, decides each action, watches the network and keeps the record. Each product can be bought alone. Together they cover the whole session.

  1. 01

    Find the agent

    • Browser behaviour and automation signals, on every session
    • A live-presence check when the signals point to an agent
    Agent Detection
  2. 02

Link it to its person and its mandate

    • The customer verifies once, live, and consents
    • Each agent carries that identity and a mandate: scope, amount, duration
    Agentic Identity
  3. 03

    Decide what it can do

    • Four checks before any action runs: registered agent, valid mandate, verified person, inside the mandate
    • Over the limit, the person approves live
    Agent Access Management
  4. 04

    Block compromised or misaligned agents

    • Patterns read across sessions and organizations
    • An agent blocked at one organization arrives at the next already flagged
    Agent Monitoring
  5. 05

Record every action, set every policy

    • A tamper-evident trail: action, person, mandate, proof
    • The organization sets which agents may do what, action by action
    Agent Audit

Built on the Incode platform

Incode Agentic Suite runs on the platform that already verifies your customers

Incode answers three questions about every person it verifies today. For an agent it adds a fourth: which verified person it acts for, and what that person allowed.

Agentic Identity

Agent protocols issue the credential and carry the instruction. None of them verifies the person. Incode works alongside PAP, A2A, MCP, AP2 and the card networks’ mandates as that layer.

Results

What your organization gets

Meet customers where they already are

Your customers are sending agents to pay bills and manage accounts. Admit those agents and keep the customer, with the same verification you run on the person.

Catch agentic fraud at the door and cut the losses

An agent with no verified person behind it is blocked before it acts, so the loss never reaches your books.

Certainty on who is accountable

Every agent action is tied to the person who authorized it and the mandate they set. When an action is questioned, you have the name.

Why Incode

Four advantages no other vendor holds

Incode verifies against government records, owns every model, runs the cross-organization network, and serves a customer base no competitor can assemble.

The only biometric match against government records

A direct connection to state DMVs. The selfie is compared against the official portrait on file and the document against the DMV record, so there is nothing to forge and nothing to intercept.

Every model built in-house and retrained daily

Liveness, face, document, and deepfake models retrain daily, and a fix ships in hours with no supplier release cycle.

The only cross-organization agent network

TrustGraph links people, agents, and actions across 700+ enterprises and catches up to 53% more fraud than existing models alone.

A customer base no competitor can assemble

Top banks, telcos, and marketplaces connect through Incode, and 8 of the top 10 US banks already verify people with it.

Incode Agentic Suite is built for banks, fintechs, marketplaces, insurers and government agencies that want to admit their customers’ agents without admitting an attacker’s.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

The questions buyers ask most about Incode Agentic Suite, answered straight.

Still have questions? Talk to an expert
What is Incode Agentic Suite?

Incode Agentic Suite is Incode's suite of five products for AI agents acting on behalf of customers. Agent Detection finds the agent, Agentic Identity ties it to a verified person, Agent Access Management decides what it may do, Agent Monitoring flags compromised or misaligned agents, and Agent Audit records every action, so good agents get through and agentic fraud stops.

Why are banks blocking AI agents?

A customer's agent and an attacker's agent present the same credential, device, IP address, and behavior at login, and nothing says who sent them or what they allowed. Several of the largest US banks and brokerages blocked or limited outside agents in October 2026; Incode Agentic Suite supplies the missing signal so they can admit the customer's agent instead.

How do Incode Agentic Suite, Agentic Identity, and Know Your Agent (KYA) relate?

Know Your Agent (KYA) is the framework for trusting AI agents: identify the agent, bind it to a responsible person, and check its actions against policy. Incode Agentic Suite is the Incode suite that runs that framework across all five products, and Agentic Identity is the product inside it that ties each agent to a verified person and its mandate.

What is an agent's mandate, and who sets it?

A mandate is the permission an agent carries: its scope, amount, and duration, which it cannot extend on its own. The organization sets the mandate, the customer narrows it, and Incode enforces it at the moment of action; the customer can revoke any agent instantly, pending actions stop, and the record stays.

How does Incode detect an agent that does not announce itself?

Incode reads how the session behaves: timing, navigation, and automation fingerprints no person produces, plus declared agent headers. When those signals point to an agent, a two-second camera challenge confirms whether a live person is present, and the organization chooses the response: register the agent, step up to the person, or block it.

Does Incode Agentic Suite work with the agent detection and protocols we already use?

Each product runs on its own or as the full suite, so a detection signal you already have can feed the identity, access, monitoring, and audit products. Incode plugs in as the identity layer on PAP, PACT, A2A, MCP, WebMCP, AP2, ACP, Visa TAP, Mastercard, Web Bot Auth, OAuth, and W3C credentials, supplying the verified person each protocol lacks.
